I apologize to you all for the lack of posts. I have Meniere's disease. In case you don't know what that is here's the definition.
A chronic inner ear disorder that affects balance and hearing. It can cause episodes of vertigo (spinning sensation), tinnitus (ringing or roaring in the ears), hearing loss, and a feeling of fullness or pressure in the ear. While the exact cause is unknown, it's believed to be related to fluid buildup in the inner ear. I've had good days and bad days. Its never lasted this long, I also been having severe headaches. But I'm getting better. I really appreciate your patience.
UPDATE! Just figured out that Caffeine is a trigger for me. It will be hard to give up the Coffee! I will try decaf.
